It's not that simple. As with the example I gave, the fans VERY MUCH wanted the video they were actually shown when I went viral. As I said, I asked how did they come across that particular video... It was nothing special, YouTube showed it to them... A year after I created mind you, and it went ultra viral. Over a million views. My point is, if YouTube exposes it, they will come. Check what I said about Roberto Blakes channel on my newest episode... BTW Who is this?
Yes. Jubril is who I was talking about when I said "The type of channel I aspired to be like" (Even though I started before him)... but yes, even with the superb content that he puts out, If you compare his adsense earnings to others of another race who make way worse quality videos - the discrepancy is laughable. I understand that he is NOT depending on adsense to live, neither am I, but that type of quality should be the highest paid on youtube. If what he's getting from adsense is what I can expect, once I get to his level of quality, it's really not worth it.
You have to give your fans what they want. Just look at all the black YouTubers that have channels that are growing.
